Layali Hotel Marrakech
Location: Tassoultante Municipality, Marrakech
Surface: 1.5 Hectares
Année: 2026
The Layali Marrakech Hotel project, located in Tassaoultant on a 1.5-hectare site, is conceived as a contemporary reinterpretation of traditional ksar architecture. Designed as a 5-star hotel with 30 rooms, the project develops an architectural language that is both rooted in its context and distinctly modernist, where traditional forms and clean lines interact in a harmonious composition.
The spatial organization is based on a carefully controlled fragmentation of volumes, inspired by the compact urban fabric of southern Moroccan villages. The buildings are arranged around patios, gardens, and landscaped pathways, creating a sequence of intimate atmospheres. Curved lines, arcades, and the interplay of solids and voids soften the overall massing and establish a fluid continuity between built spaces and outdoor areas, strengthening the connection to the surrounding landscape.
At the heart of the project, the common areas open generously onto a երկար pool and lush gardens, forming a true oasis of freshness. The rooms, distributed as independent units, each offer a unique experience, emphasizing privacy, tranquility, and full immersion in a carefully designed natural setting. The architecture also integrates bioclimatic principles, promoting shading, natural ventilation, and thermal comfort, in line with reinterpreted traditional construction methods.
The Layali Marrakech Hotel project goes beyond the simple function of accommodation to offer a sensory and immersive experience. It is conceived as a retreat—an oasis of peace—where architecture, landscape, and lifestyle come together to create an exceptional environment, combining authenticity, modernity, and high-end hospitality standards.
